    <abstract locale="en_US">Large vessels injury is a rare but serious complication of percutaneous central venous catheter placement, which can be fatal. Herein a case of right innominate vein perforation during right internal jugular permcatheter&#xA0;placement - resulted in thoracotomy because of patient&#x2019;s hemodynamic instability - is reported.</abstract>
